Reverse Engineering
Obsolescence management and reverse engineering: developing equivalent mechanical parts based on your new samples.
When original parts become unavailable, we offer redevelopment solutions based on reverse engineering. This approach allows us to design and manufacture identical replicas of obsolete parts, guaranteeing their conformity and performance.
Complete maintenance
Each project begins with new technical studies, followed by the creation of a validation and qualification file. The remanufactured parts undergo rigorous testing, including series and fatigue tests, to demonstrate that their performance is at least equivalent to that of the original parts.
Our expertise covers many types of components, particularly in bodywork, where we remanufacture molds for exterior fairings. We also rebuild metal and structural parts, such as those for intercirculation systems or gears with toothed rings. In some cases, we have even gone so far as to remake axle box molds, thus ensuring complete and reliable maintenance even on older or obsolete equipment.
