Our services include the overhaul of air compressor systems, sandboxes, geared motors, and major bogie overhauls. We also manage the repair of electronic systems and train traction systems, ensuring equipment performance and reliability.
Thanks to a comprehensive range of spare parts and our expertise in the rail sector, we also work on equipment other than rolling stock, including the complete overhaul of platform screen doors and the renovation of automated metro platform facades.
We also carry out complete interior design projects for tram cars. At the request of public transport networks, we have completely redesigned the interiors of tram cars in collaboration with a designer. In this context, we provided the parts, as well as the installation and integration of equipment, including seats, interior side panels, flooring, and grab bars.

COACH & BUS REPAIRS
The operations include rebuilding the vehicle exactly as it was, based on the manufacturer’s plans, with the complete overhaul of the air, fuel, and electrical systems.
When certain parts are no longer available from the manufacturer, we manufacture wiring harnesses in-house, ensuring the continuity of repairs and the vehicle’s return to service in optimal condition.

NMS specializes in repairing damaged buses and coaches, including those with very serious impacts, for vehicles from all over France. We work on all makes such as Iveco, Evobus, Van Hool, Temsa, Bova, MAN, and Scania, serving fleet managers and coach operators.

Our workshops carry out all the industrial bodywork operations necessary for vehicle restoration. This includes straightening structures, rebuilding chassis frames, and replacing or remanufacturing major components such as front and rear assemblies, roofs, and even replacing tensioned panels.
When certain parts are no longer available from manufacturers, we ensure their custom fabrication to guarantee a complete and compliant repair.
We also handle the transport of vehicles to and from our workshops and coordinate the essential technical inspections before putting the vehicle back into service, including wheel alignment checks, brake testing, and vehicle registration inspections if required.

The railway sector is characterized by very long product lifecycles, sometimes exceeding 40 years, which generates obsolescence issues. These difficulties can be technical, when the original technology is no longer available, or commercial, when the manufacturer ceases production of a part for strategic reasons or in the event of the original supplier’s disappearance.

NMS intervenes to offer equivalent “Form-Fit and Function” solutions or to design new parts when necessary, thus ensuring continuity of maintenance and the reliability of rolling stock.
Our capacity for innovation is also demonstrated by Transpure®, an on-board technology adaptable to all types of rolling stock. This solution provides active and continuous disinfection that is environmentally friendly, by replicating the natural process of photocatalysis. Transpure® thus destroys up to 99% of microorganisms present on the surfaces and in the air of rolling stock, offering a safe and hygienic environment for passengers and operators.
